Sara Ellis Conant has worked for over 15 years as a leadership coach and strategy consultant for leaders of companies, corporate divisions, and non-profit organizations. She assists individuals and teams to have lasting, life-altering improvements in the areas of leadership, productivity, communication, and time management.
Clients that have benefited from Sara’s support include Autodesk, Applied Materials, The Broad Foundation, Capital One, Chevron, Clorox, Deloitte, Gap Inc., Google, HP, Pfizer, Stanford University, UC Berkeley, and many small and medium sized business and non-profit organizations.
Previously, Sara was a Manager with Deloitte Consulting specializing in change management, communication, and organization design. She managed the launch of Deloitte’s sustainability and corporate responsibility practice, growing it from $0 to $150 million in revenue.
Sara serves on the board of RSF Social Finance and is co-founder and Board Chair of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs. Sara has a BA and an MBA from Stanford University. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, 5 year old daughter, 2 year old son, and golden retriever.
